We’re releasing a major update for Niagara Launcher: the Studio Update. It introduces Theme Studio and marks the beginning of a new brand chapter for the team behind Niagara Launcher.
In our last update, we introduced artist-made themes and received a lot of positive feedback. At the same time, one thing became clear: no curated collection can cover every taste. People want more freedom to build a setup that feels truly their own.
That’s why we created: Theme Studio.
New Theme Editor
With Theme Studio, users can now create their own themes, switch between them, and share them with friends or the wider community. It also becomes much easier to discover and apply themes created by others.
Theme Collection for your created and saved themes
To get started, simply go to Settings > Themes > Create Theme. From there, you can choose a wallpaper and open the new Theme Editor, where you can fine-tune the overall look with a live preview. Wallpapers can be positioned precisely, while elements like icons, clock styles, and text appearance can be adjusted to create a beautiful setup.

Once a theme is finished, it can be applied instantly. And because every theme is saved automatically, users can always go back to a previous look with just one tap.
Theme Studio is not just about customization, it’s also about sharing. Users can send their setups to friends, publish them for the community, and browse from a growing collection of themes made by other Niagara users. If they find one they like, they can download and apply it in a single tap.
